You receive this quest from Vera Novikova immediately after the Cultivating quest is finished.
Vera now wants you to plant and take care of the seeds she gave you, and gives you the 
Insecticide Script.

Plant the 
Corn Seed, 
Wheat Seed and 
Potato Seed received from the Cultivating quest into the ground that you fertilized. They will immediately require some 
Water. 2.5 days later they will require Insecticide, another 2.5 days later some more Water and a half day later Insecticide again. At the seventh day the crops can be harvested. If you took good care of them, you will have a very bountiful harvest (100+ 
Wheat and 50+ 
Corn and 
Potato), but if you neglected your crops, the harvest won't be enough to finish the quest.
Once you are done, talk to Vera Novikova to complete the quest.
