Talk to Peter or Ava to tell them the grave news about Rol. They have made some progress with the translator, but still need some language samples from Paja.

Walkthrough

You can complete the following in any order, doesn't really matter.

Sunken Ship

On the ship

A Paja Battledrone underwater. Beware!

Go to the southern area marked your map [1566, 8029]. You will need Jet Pack or an aircraft to get on the ship and reach the entrance. Once you are there, quest objective "Search Pajan ship" will get completed.

Enter the ship and proceed forward. You will find yourself in a huge chamber with an inactive Paja Battledrone hanging from the ceiling. Two intact Battldrones will be lurking underwater, waiting for intruders. These are tough and badass beasts. Only engage them if you are sure you can take them. Fortunately, you can simply make a run for the opposite exit and leave them behind.

Make your way upstairs through the cargo chamber to the inactive control computer. You will notice a small quest object beside it. That'll be one of the  Text Samples you need. Collect it and leave the ship.

Go to the nothern area marked on your map [1679, 10372]. Once you are there, quest objective "Search Pajan launch facility" will get completed.

Enter the facility. You will find yourself inside a huge round building full of Paja. Make your way downstairs and leave in the eastern direction - there will be a long passage going down. The passage will bring you to the control chamber with lots of ancient computers. Look for the  Text Sample near the far computer to the right.

Once you have collected it, proceed further upstairs to the east, and use the alternate exit. You will emerge at [1886, 10391], close to Abandoned Launch Facility, highlighting it on your map.

Once you have both  Text Samples, the quest will end, and Fast Return will start automatically instead.
