After finishing Talk to Allen, speak to Allen Carter and then Michael Wiles. Dialogue option "Shouldn't we prepare for the aliens?" will start the Pujan attack on your colony and you will get the quest. Make sure you are prepared to meet the consequences.

This is actually your own Train Cart you receive automatically because of a portion of your monorail track being destroyed.
Walkthrough[ | ]
The attack consists of 4 waves:
- A bunch of Puja from the NorthEast (~5).
- Pujan landing force from an aircraft in the middle of your colony (~6) - walls won't protect from it. You also cannot shoot the aircraft. More Puja from the NE (~8).
- More Puja from the NE (~5)
- 1 × Puja Battlebot
