Just walk in. Mission is completed when you meet Hitomi Amasawa. You can have some small-talk with her, and asking her about dark creatures taking people in the cave starts the next quest, Looking for other survivors.
Don't forget to ask Hitomi to update your mineral scanner firmware, she will give you a 
Scanner App Update (Coal, Gold, Aluminum).
