It is recommended that you take both this quest and Talk to Aida. Fast travel to the closest location (should be Virus Spacecraft at 7813, 14735). Take an air ride to the marked area on your map. You will discover Malik Camp. You have to actually talk to Percy Malik to get the quest done. Percy will agree to help with the McTalk Project. When you have 5 free beds in your colony, talk to Malik again, and all his camp will move to your colony.
