Start
You can get this quest by asking Allen Carter about all the dangerous animals after finishing the Escort Mission quest.
Allen is worried, too, and is working on a chemical boost for dangerous situations, but needs some materials, for which he would tell you how to make a 
Revival Shot. He also gives you a 
Simple Plastic Script at the quest start.

Walkthrough
Gather the needed materials from the local herbs. For the Simple Plastic you will need 
Resin, but not all trees yield Resin. The Balloon Bush is the best, but you can also get some from a Ladyfingers or an Euphorbia Plant. Once you have all the necessary materials, go back to Allen Carter and talk to him, which will finish the quest and automatically start the next one: Guinea Pig.
