You get this quest by talking to Hitomi Amasawa after finishing the Enter the Cave quest.
Hitomi just got there and didn't see anything, but is not willing to take risks for Martians. She returns to her camp and you go on with Nan Yang.

Walkthrough[ | ]
The tunnel leads to where Sara Peterson is being held by the Andhera Queen. There are some Andhera Soldiers around that may attack you in the tunnel. Fighting them is easier in the tunnels, before you reach the Andhera Queen, and setting up an 
Artillery Cannon inside the tunnel makes the fight considerably easier. Once the Andhera Soldiers are disposed of, go further inside. When you spot the Andhera Queen, the quest will finish, and Fight the Queen will start automatically.
