You can get this quest by asking Adisa Mostafa if she has anything else for you to do, once you have finished the quest Back to Safety.
Adisa is willing to give you the 
Steel Sword Script and the 
Steel Shield Script if you prove your worth by defeating three Coelodonta Rhinos.
