- Make a Steel Sword and give it to the NPC to complete the first task and get rewarded. Talk to the NPC again to get the next task.
- Make a Steel Shield and give it to the NPC to complete the second task and get rewarded. Talk to the NPC again to get the next task.
- Go to the marked location, the NPC will follow you (this is a follow/defend quest, so you won't be able to get it if some other NPC is already following you). There will be 4 Pujan in the area who will attack you if you get close. Regardless, the quest will be complete if you make it to the marked area, and you will be able to recruit this NPC from now on.
