Find Pleiades Zheng. As you walk up, the quest will end, and Dr. Zheng will have a mainquest topic for you. As a result of the dialogues, she agrees to help, and when you report back to Michael, he decides to hold it off and use as a diplomatic argument.
It is unknown yet if this leads to any more quests in the future.
