Collect the resources in case you don't have them. You can use Mining and Logging, shops, or your Processing Facility. It is not advised to use the Drill as it destroys much more than yields.
Go to eastern Pujan Camp at [11999, 9050]. Talk to Lossja and hand him the resources. This ends the quest, and allows to discuss other business with Lossja. Note that you need to fulfill both prerequisites for the next quests listed.
It is recommended that you have taken all the other quests available before heading out: Information Gathering, History of the Puja and Cross Species Trade.

This quest enables getting three other quests:

Vploas will come to your camp as an ambassador from Puja. Once you report to Michael about the resources, Vploas will have some main story dialogue and a repeatable side quest Resource Diplomacy, that can be used to improve relationships with Puja.
