Go to the marked spot and start digging. It is a good idea to have a 
Parachute equipped. Once you dig through and fall down, the quest will be complete. Move cautiosly towards the three Andhera Queens until Agnes Copperfield tells you that she needs samples from their food and eggs, and gives you 5 
Cream Colored Lightboxes plus the script to make them. You may still have to get a little closer to their food and eggs before you get Part 3 of the mission.
